Refund Policy

Please chose carefully as we do not accept returns.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately by email.

We issue replacements, refunds, or exchanges on a case-by-case basis.

 If your refund request has been approved, we will issue a credit note to your credit card or via the original method of payment within 10 business days.

 Exchanges

We review on a case-by-case-basis. If we accept your exchange, your item must be returned to us in the same condition you received it, in it’s original packaging. We will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
